You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement.

Order Confirmation

All orders are processed as soon as your place your order. All orders placed online will receive a computer-generated email confirming the order (minus any sensitive information, such as a credit card number). Order confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated on the order. Please check all information on the order, including email and shipping addresses, before clicking to submit the order in the shopping cart. You will also receive a second email as soon as your order is shipped out.

Payment Options

Prices indicated on the website aren't including VAT. Shipping and handling charges will apply in addition to the price indicated on the website. You are responsible for any local sales taxes and other taxes.

Orders may be paid for in the following ways: PayPal and traditional transfer.

Shipping Information

Prompt Shipment
It is our policy to ship all orders of In Stock items within 2 working days of receipt of payment, unless it is indicated that shipment of a specific item will be delayed. If an order cannot be shipped within five (5) business days from the time payment was received, we will endeavor to notify the buyer and advise as to the anticipated shipment date.

Delivery Lead Time

a)  From the time payment is received, all the products will be shipped within 2 working days.
b)  However the exact shipping time depends on the shipping address.
c)  We ship on all weekdays (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays.
d)  Poland - delivered within 2 working days.
e)  European Union (EU, EC) - delivered within 7 working days.
f)   Non-EU countries - delivered within 14 working days - 3 months
g) United States - delivered within 14 working days.
h) Australia - delivered within 3 months.

If your order is shipped to more than one address, shipping fee is charged for each additional address. Our shipping and processing charge includes the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or to the recipients you designate. All products are shipped in original Integrity shippers and then into an additional box. We combine shipping for multiple items purchased in a single transaction.

Incorrect Addresses

If we are given an incorrect address and a shipment is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible to pay the cost to re-ship the item. If the item is delivered and we are charged an additional fee by the Postal Service to correct the address, that fee will be billed to the buyer.



There are no REFUNDS, therefore, all sales are final. We inspect all product before they leave our store to insure that the clothes is as described on our website. If you choose to return any item that is not defective there is a 15% restocking fee. You have three business days from receipt to notify us of your desire to return. Shipping costs are not refundable. The balance, after restocking fee is deducted, will be credit only.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless product arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped.
